We faced several challenges in figuring out how to mount the badges securely. Aidan took the lead in designing an innovative solution that allowed the front badge to be mounted directly to the grille—completely eliminating the need for adhesives. His design was first prototyped using 3D printing, which allowed us to test and refine the fit. Once we were satisfied with the results, we had all the components precision-machined from billet aluminium for a high-quality, durable finish.
