With the new chassis, floor, and firewall installed, we moved on to the bodywork.
Working from the rear forward, we methodically replaced every rusted or damaged panel with fresh sheet metal. Where off-the-shelf parts weren’t available, we custom-fabricated replacements—including a new rear tail panel—to ensure a seamless fit.
Fortunately, Mustang parts are readily available, and we were able to source most components within days. This efficiency kept the momentum strong and the build progressing smoothly.
