Following the teardown, we uncovered extensive rust, panel damage, and substandard repair work carried out by the previous panel shop. Our assessment revealed that every panel—except the roof—required complete replacement.

We began with the chassis, removing and replacing the corroded rails, then fabricating and installing new ones for structural integrity. A new floor was fitted, reinforced with torque boxes for added strength. Custom mini tubs were fabricated to accommodate our HRE wheels, and we completed the foundational work by installing a new boot floor and firewall.
